On booking a full delivery address and on-site contact name and number is required to complete the booking.

Delivery within London is £38 per drop, plus central London Congestion Charge if applicable. Delivery is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however a surcharge will be charged for deliveries made before 8:30am and after 5pm, Monday to Sunday, and to locations outside the London area. If food is required in ceramic dishes a cleaning and collection charge of £58 is payable.

 

Breakfast is delivered between 8am to 10am; lunch 11am to 1pm; afternoon tea can be delivered at the same time as lunch unless a later time is preferred.
